Bubbles are round due to their Property Of Surface Tension .

 Now , What is Surface Tension ?

  Liquids tend to Minimize their Surface Area . And the Molecules of the outer layer stick with each other and form a Surface . The molecules on the surface experience a net downward force . Therefore . liquids tend to have minimum no. of molecule on their surface . Water droplets are not round due to the influence of Gravity . But in Space , the water , or any liquids droplets are round due to Zero Gravity .

It is due to the Surface Tension , that a needle may Float on water .
